I had to reschedule my exam last minute, i was expecting it to be a whole hassle. But it ended up being simple. I found a new time that worked better for me without a bunch of back and forth, and the site was easy enough to figure out. The change went through quickly too, which I really appreciated. the flexibility made the situation way less stressful

Trying to book my exam was frustrating. The site felt clunky, some pages loaded strangely, and I had to hunt around for basic buttons. A lot of the menus felt unnecessary too, like they just made the whole process more confusing instead of helping.

I used kryterion for an online exam, and it was okay overall, but it did not feel super reliable. The system froze on me a couple of times, and the check-in process took longer than I expected. It worked out in the end, but it definitely added more stress than I needed before an exam.

Support was slow to reply, which was a little frustrating at first. When they finally got back to me, the tone of the message made it seem like they were probably dealing with a lot, so I tried not to read too much into the delay. They did end up helping me sort things out, so overall it worked out

I used Kryterion for an online exam it felt fair overall. The rules were clear enough, I never really got the sense that anything was shady or confusing. Check-in did take a little patience, not gonna lie, but once I got through it, the process made sense. I trusted the result, which is probably the most important part. Not a perfect experience... but definitely a solid and fair one for me

I really regret reaching out because it ended up being a total waste of time. I waited for days just to get replies that felt rude and unhelpful, and nothing actually got resolved. I expected at least some basic support, but i wish I’d looked for another option from the start.

The proctor barely helped at all. Whenever I asked something, the replies were vague, and it took way too long to get any response. It made the whole test feel more stressful than it needed to be.

For some reason, the exam instructions just didn’t make much sense to me. I felt like I was guessing what to do half the time, and the support links weren’t much help either. It ended up being way more stressful than it needed to be right before a test.

My Wi-Fi cut out for a minute during the exam, which is basically the exact thing I was hoping wouldn’t happen. I immediately thought, great, now I’m going to have to start over or explain everything from scratch. But kryterion got me reconnected quickly, and the proctor stayed calm the whole time, which helped me calm down too. I didn’t lose my spot or have to redo anything. Small interruption, but it felt like a huge relief once it was handled

"Exam got going smoothly"
I used Kryterion for an online exam and it started off better than I expected, the check-in part did take a little longer than I would’ve liked and I was sitting there wondering if something was going to go wrong, but once I finally got through all that the exam opened without any drama, didn’t freeze, didn’t crash, and basically let me focus on the test instead of fighting the software. It wasn’t totally perfect, but compared with a few other remote testing platforms I’ve had to use, this was a decent experience. I’d give it 4 stars

"Payment was easy, no surprises"
I paid for my exam on Kryterion and the whole thing took maybe 2 or 3 minutes. My card was charged the exact amount I expected, and the receipt showed up quickly, probably within a few minutes. No random extra fees or billing issues, so overall it was a smooth experience.

I was able to book my exam without any major issues, so it worked in the end. But the scheduling page felt a little slow and awkward to use, and a few parts were more confusing than they needed to be. Decent overall, just more annoying and time-consuming than I expected.

I had a rough time getting the webcam and mic to work properly. They kept acting up, and I expected a faster response when I reached out for help. It made the whole setup process way more frustrating than it needed to be.

The exam platform seemed fine at first and the setup was straightforward, but my experience went downhill when the exam froze. I reached out for help and felt like I was just being passed around instead of getting a clear answer. I lost valuable time, and the way it was handled made it feel like I was somehow to blame. I can see the service working well when there are no issues, but they really need to improve how they support people when something goes wrong.

"Scores take way too long to show up"
The test itself was okay, honestly. But waiting for the score was the annoying part. I kept checking back because there wasn’t really a clear update anywhere, and after a while it just felt like nothing was happening. I mean, if you’re paying those fees, it seems like the results should be easier to track, even if I guess scores probably take time for some reason.

My proctor was "professional" and got through the ID check quickly. They explained the exam rules clearly before I started, so that part went smoothly and I didn’t have any real issues there.
The only thing was the overall vibe felt a bit "cold." When I asked a question, it took a while to get a response, which made things feel less friendly than I expected. Not a bad experience, just not especially warm either.

"A Small Setup Bump, Then Everything Went Fine"
I was a little nervous getting everything ready for my test, and of course the first thing that happened was my browser needed an update. I took a few minutes to get that sorted out, ran the Kryterion system check again, and after that my laptop passed without any issues. The instructions were clear enough to follow, and when test day came around, things went smoothly. It wasn’t a flawless experience, but i didn’t run into any major problems once my setup was ready

I took my exam through Kryterion, the security process was better than I thought it would be.
They checked my ID, had me do the room scan, and made sure my desk was cleared off. It definitely felt strict, but not uncomfortable or rude. The proctor stayed calm and explained everything in a simple way, which helped a lot.
I was nervous before the exam started, but the whole thing went smoothly. By the end, I actually felt relieved and grateful that they took security seriously without turning it into a stressful experience.

"Remote proctoring was a total headache"
I tried to get through the remote proctoring setup, but the camera check kept failing no matter what I did. I contacted support and basically got nowhere, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Weirdly, I still remember my webcam light blinking like crazy while I sat there staring at the same error message. Not a great experience
